Ā Deb Pierce has spent the past 17 years in the code enforcement industry. She has worked in both private and public sectors as an inspector and plan reviewer.
Ā Currently, she is with the consulting firm of Fire Safety Consultants, Inc., which is located in Elgin, IL. Deb is the Senior Building and Life Safety Code Consultant.
Fire Safety Consultants, Inc. has been performing Fire Protection and Building & Life Safety Inspections and Plan Reviews for more than 40 years.
Ā Deb currently holds over 38 ICC certifications, some of which include Master Code Professional, Certified Fire Marshal and Certified Building Official. Deb is also certified by the National Fire Protection Association as a Fire Plans Examiner and Fire Protection Specialist.
Ā In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, vacationing in Wisconsin, her home state, and reading crime fiction. Her favorite authors include Jeff Carson, Michael Connelly and B.J. Bourg.
